Classes starting soon at One For All Musical Theater!
Classes will be starting on September 1st through October 27th for all ages. There will be three 30-minute classes given every Friday evening at Rockbrook United Methodist Church (9855 W. Center Road), from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm (6:30 to 7:00, 7:00 to 7:30, 7:30 to 8:00), concluded with a presentation on the last evening, October 27th. Fees are $25.00/week per 30-minute class (= tuition of $225 total for 9 weeks) for all adults or the first student in a family. Subsequent students in the same family receive a discounted price of $24.00/week per 30-minute class (= tuition of $216 total for 9 weeks) for each additional student per family.
The tuition for the class(es) will be collected on class registration day (Friday, August 18, from 10:00am to noon) at Rockbrook UMC.
These classes vary in content, anywhere from musical theater acting to dance to vocal coaching skills. Preparation and orientation of our productions are also included (if the student wants to be in the annual production that begins, following in November).
*The classes are not necessarily connected to the production, but students can be a part of the production if they choose.
Auditions will be held, as a group, on Saturday, October 14, from 9:00 am to noon. Cast members may register for the production that day, if they choose. They will need to bring a notepad, pen/pencil, and a water bottle. Individual auditions will be held by appointment as needed on later dates.
The production rehearsals will begin on Friday, November 3, at Rockbrook UMC, from 6:30 to 9:00 pm (all cast members 10 years and younger will be dismissed at 8:00 pm).
